Facts about Venting Skylights
Velux Fresh Air skylights provide a view to the outside as well as the option to vent to the outdoors. They are a great choice for kitchens and bathrooms
The Solar and Electric Venting models have a remote control that opens the skylight at the touch of a button and two rain sensors that close it automatically if it starts raining
The manual models have a smooth turning handle for in-reach installations and an optional control rod for installations that are out-of-reach.
Each model includes pre-installed mounting brackets for an easier, more secure installation, and a stainless steel chain operator for a smoother, quieter operation
All Velux deck mounted Fresh Air skylights come standard with a pre-painted wood frame and sash, insect screen and aluminum cladding.
